For past 1week my left thigh is paining very much while walking and sleeping. But it does not pain when I am sitting. Kindly help what might be the problem and solution to this.

I am having back pain from past 1 week. this pain travels from the lower back to the legs. it also creates numbness in one of the legs. the pain is very severe. I didn't had any accident nor heavy weight lifting. How this pain came also i don't know. I want to get rid of this as fast as possible cause i have to go to work daily and cant get holiday. I suffer from left chest pain accompanied by back and arm pain neck pain from past few years. It is of various types. It's pin pain while sonetimes it is nerve pulling pain. Sonetimes it is heaviness and pushing feeling in middle of the chest. There is also pain below left breast bone. It is very irritating. Tests says everything is fine. doctor says this is muscular pain and epigastric pain. But why this pains travel in arm and neck. When i search on net it says heart issue i am scared. Advise

Last summer (2017) I rolled my ankle (probably sprained) and it’s nearly been a year since it happened and I can’t still feel a slight pain in my ankle if I angle it in a certain way. I got hurt my right leg knee with small accident , I can't band my knee in 90 degree also had little pain and I am walking with stick I attached here my MRI report, doc said I need surgery but I want to do cure with physiotherapist and exercise. I spoke with few people with similar injury they said it can be cure without surgery. Please advise
