Back pain from 2-3 days
I am having lower back pain from past 2-3 days, i have applied moov but the pain is still there. I feel more pain when i bend.

Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. If not improving consult orthopaedic doctor

Moov will not help .there is muscle spasm .visit a  orthopaedic surgeon .

This could be due to strain in your back muscles. Take rest and consult orthopedic surgeon
