Back pain since 2 years radiating to right lower limb . Pain occurs anytime any position and sever r in nature .

It may be compression of nerve root. Consult orthopaedic doctor. You may need traction with IFT or nerve root block

You need to be examined .cause is to be found first .U may have disc disease with radiculopathy .consult an orthopaedic surgeon.
