Bone & Muscle problems

I was using shoes with heels in our office then suddenly i tripped while walking down the stairs. Can't walk properly for days now. Left ankle is still sore

There is pain in front part of knee. It makes cracking sound on movement. There is no swelling. It pains on using stairs or sitting up/getting up. Used some pain relieving aprays and heat pad but relief is short spanned. Please suggest what could be the issue and some treatment... thanks in advance...

Post c section  on 9th Oct 2017 their is extreme stiffness in every joints of the body specially after getting up in the morning. Extreme back and joint pain. Doing brisk walking from past 3 months. Please suggest what should I do.

Heel pain Achilles tendonitis not going away after 1month of medicine proxym plus some calcium and physiotherapy

Last week I fell 25' out of a tree and landed on hands and knees. Ever since, I have significant pain deep in my groin and upper butt/lower back. I can't bend over to put on shoes and I can't lift my leg from a seated position -- the muscle doesn't seem to want to work. What could this be?

I had my acl surgery 10 days back. For past 2 days my back of knee hurts when i walk or bend or do ankle pumps. The pain is like its from the inside the bone.my surgeon said i had a minimal cartilige damage but its so minute he gave me tabs. Is it becoz of that. Will the pain ease off or should i do anythn? Im 21 years.

Hi have done MRI of bothshoulders I will copy paste the conclusions of both shoulders below : Right : Marginal flattening of the posterosuperior portion of the humeral head could be consistent with chronic Hill Sach's. Signal abnormality in the anteroinferior labrum with stripping of the scapular periosteum is suggestive of ALPSA variant of Bankart. Further corroboration with MR Arthrogram may be performed. Early acromio-clavicular arthritic changes. Left: Small possible chronic Hill Sach's defect in the posterosuperior portion of the left humeral head. Suspicious signal abnormality in the anteroinferior labrum is questionable for an undisplaced anteroinferior labral tear. Further evaluation with MR Arthrogram may be performed to look for labral pathology. I have recurring dislocations on both shoulders,but no dislocation since past 1 year. I did my MRI 5 days ago on 4th june after i got shoulder injury in gym on 26 April. Please advice on what to do ? Can i skip surgery ?HELP

Dear Dr. I have a knee pain on my left knee whenever I climb stairs only. I do not have the pain while sitting standing or walking. It's a sharp pain. It had been there for about 2 months now. I do not have any other serious ailments. I'm not very active though. I'm overweight. Non-vegetarian. Please help.

I have joint pain on my whole main joints I am taking uric acid pills and calcium pills prescription by orthopedic doctor Is neck pain reason for high uric acid or low calcium.
