attached my sisters knee x-ray, she is 39 yr sold. kindly let me know the operation is the only solution or we have any other option. As per the consultant, he told we need to keep a plate for both the knees. Can you pls refer whether plate fixing is good or not and we have any observable plate available to be fixed in it.

Hi I am Dr Shabbir Suterwala , your concerns for surgery for knee for your sister is genuine but I would like you please send me an x ray to review for what purpose is the surgery suggested ie is there a fracture or bowing of tibia or for correction of deformity etc , so kindly provide with an x ray to as to opine as to question posted I can’t see any x Ray attached

Take an x Ray of both knees Ap and lateral and skyline view
