I am suffering from arthritis.. every day pain starts in joints and i m also not able to walk properly... nd vomiting has also started when i take medicines...so please suggest some medicine plesae

Hi there is a patient who have knee injury while playing, MRI report says it's partial ACL tear. Will this recover on its own? Or physiotherapist session require or surgery? MRI reports says: 1. Partial tear at t he femoral attachment of ACL 2. Intrasubstance changes in the posterior hom of medial meniscus 3. Bone contusion in the medial and the lateral tibial condyle 4. Mild joint effusion. plz tell the the treatment plan for that patient.

I have tremendous pain in my lower back and it radiates to my legs and heel.
