My shin bone pains whenever i start runni g so, What should i do to cure my shin pain and prevent it in future.

Hi I have pain in my right mid thigh. It is not continuous but like every 5 mins..i took zerodol tablet..fenlong roll on..from pharmacy..2 days it seems normal..then again this prob starts...please advise

My father in law is suggested pentasure 2.0 powder with milk It's quite expensive powder. Can you suggest cheap substitute He can't eat anything with mouth. He is patient of diabetes too. Please suggest

Left leg was twisted 4 yrs back and after 1 year pain start in left leg ankel and knee some tlme lumbar.also. and from 2 yrs left shoulder pain left side neck pain . And i also done mri repot was c3 to c6 .l3 l4 relatively narrow .i was taken medicine but no result.

I am a lefty 27 years,173cm, 75kgs. I met with an accident 1.5 year ago to my left knee with which I got left knee pain. Doctor advised me to take x Ray but nothing found in it at that time. Now again I'm feeling pain in my left knee when I play badminton or tt or running for longer time more than 45min. When I am slightly try to move my knee cap I am sensing a movement in my left knee cap. There is no movement in the right one. I don't have any pain while walking n running or bending ... but I am feeling the pain only after playing for more than 45min or so I am still able to play with pain but I am left knee feels exhausted n little pain What problem I am having ? How to detect what tests I have to do ? What's the treatment for it ?
