Bone & Muscle problems

Hi sir/mam, One of my female friend  status as single  of age 30 is having pain in the joint,  like shoulder, fingers, knee, wrist as a result she is not feeling good. Can you please please help me in getting her relief from that problem as she is in pain. Thanks in advance Rahul

I am 28 year old. I had knee pain in both my legs and elbow pain in my left hand. I had consulted a local orthopaedic doctor. He prescribed me tablets NUROKIND LC (15 tablets), NEORELAX MR 4mg(10tablets) and it got cured in 2-3 days. He had written my problem as polyarthralgia in the doctor's slip.    After few months again the same problem has reoccured so what actually is my problem?? how can I cure it naturally without taking medicines?? Is it my problem has occurred bcoz of weak bones or muscles or nerves?? Will it keep occuring again and again like arthritis problem of old people??

I have severe arthritis in left knee never had pain in the back of it before but last few days has been really painful

I have hip avn I want to know that hip joint presser exercise is better for me?

In general there is no sharp knee pain, but while climbing stairs my right knee gives signals of pain and uneasyness. Can do a 70-80 squats at one go without any pain in knee though. Many a times I get knuckle sound in knee and feet joint. Orthopedics couldn't get much in digital x-ray - and stated this as earlier stage of cartilage degeneration. My fear with supplements is - it leaves deposits in the body and are not completely soluble (buy it's just a hitch).

After acl surgery of 21 days I advised to open the stitches and can walk using walker. Can the gauge will be wrapped n knee immobilizer will be used at that time or not

I am a 24 year old man and I drive to my work everyday on a motorbike. Recently I have been facing neck and shoulder pain. But, for the past 2 days, it has been neck, shoulder and chest pain on the right side. I don’t know what to do and I am getting to be more tensed as the days go by. Can someone tell me what is causing me this problem?
