I want to increase height even i am going to be 18 years old. Please tell me how can i grow my height. My current height is 5'4"

Early spondylotic changes with schmorl nodes at multiple level D10 to L4.No cord, cornus & nerve root compression. The pain is at my right back sometimes in my butt and legs. More than 6 months Iam suffering from this pain. Sometimes getting pain while bending forward. Iam doing physiotherapy last 20 days. Still Iam feeling the pain while doing some physio excercise. Whether this problem is curable ? if yes minimum how long time it will take? Any suggestions need to follow? Thanks in advance.

I was involved in a car crash in Feb and had whiplash. I saw a physio 3 times and had deep tissue massage. I am cabin crew which involves a lot of pulling and dragging, i have handed in my notice as I don't think it helps. Recently my upper back/shoulders are very tight and my neck and jaw is sore. Is this from the car accident? Should I see a doctor. My jaw on born sides is very sore and tense and so are my shoulder blades. I'm having headaches also

Hello sir..i read about one of your patient in newspaper..i want to discuss case of my aunty..she is suffering from bone tb since 14 months..she is treated by DOTS medicines from 7 months..there is not any improvement in her health..most affected parts are..spianl cord and knees of legs..she is aged person and had been partly burnt in past..she cant withstand operation..i am hoping for helpfull response..thanku

I’ve had a hurting toe for about 4-5 weeks. Started couple of weeks before really painful and was on & off. I just ignored as thought it would be fine however couple of weeks later I woke up and it was really swollen, red & throbbing a lot. It was painful to walk on for a couple of days. I went to orsett hospital the day I woke up with the throb and they said it could be broken but they doubt it. It’s now 3 wks and it felt fine until I danced on it last weekend and hurt after. when can I dance?

Hi Sir, I am suffering from lower back pain since 2years my MRI shows disc herniation l5-S1, I tried conservative treatment but no relief,but one doctor told need endoscopic discectamy surgery (small incision).shall I go that surgery please tell me is there any side effects OR risk for surgery tell me.
