Past tuesday 7 days ago i wake up at mornning.i feel reel sensation.then i went to local doctor.he sugest me vertin 16 b.d after taking vertin my reel sensation completly gone.but dizziness will be still.than i go to near govt hospital they give me injection diclofenec,stematil,rantidine,emeset 2 inj vain and 2 inj interamascular.after inject inj i m almost o.k x ray report diagnose cervicle spondalysis. My question is now i m taking vertin 16. I will contineu or stop vertin16.

I’m a 28 year old male who just had to undergo a total knee replacement surgery after meeting with an accident. Now I am kind of bed ridden and I find it really sickening. I want to get up and start doing my work and chores on my own. Apparently, I need to exercise. Can anyone suggest total knee replacement exercise to work my knees to get full mobility of my knee. I had the surgery 4 weeks ago and it is better from its original state.

I have been facing a sudden sting / burn on my upper spine. This happens randomly and lasts for few seconds. I am not exactly sure why this is so. Is it because of some nerve stretch or other underlying problem.

I am suffering from lower back pain past 1 month. I tried sleeping on mat but still not reducing. It started aching after i started going to gym. Not sure whether it came because of gum or for some other reason Though i stopped gng to gym still it is paining

I am experiencing pain below the neck, between two shoulders, in line with the spine. As soon as the pain starts I feel a little burning sensation in my lower legs. I feel a little sleepy as well and concentartion level drops. When i look up and also when i move my hands back to stretch, a popping sound is generated. Also every time when I rotate my head in anti clockwise direction i can hear that popping sound. I feel uncomfortable in my joints as well if the pain at the back is little severe. Also i feel dizziness sometimes when i travel in car. The pain is exactly at the location i mentioned above. Its like something heavy is stuck at that location.
