Hi How is himalaya steplin for kids for immunity? Can i give to kids for immunity?my daughter gets ill very soon.

Can I take daily Shilajit tablet, Gokshura, Ashvagandha, konch beej powder, safed musli and shatavari daily ? If yes which form is better? Powder or tablets ?

I've already asked many times about face lightening but no one has told natural lightening. Face has become very dark compared to neck and I'm embarrassed about uneven skin. Hi my father has got creatinine as 3.4 and urea as 107 . currently dialysis is going on every saturday . I want to avoid dialysis. I have already ordered mutrakrichantak churna . Hemoglobin level is 7.7 . Please suggest to improve this .
