I am suffering from hypothyroidism, mine t3 is 58 which is just below the recommended level of 60. Mine t4 is fine but my tsh is 15 almost three times the level. I am taking 125mg of eltroxin. Due to this I have weight issue and got hypertension too. Is there any alternate treatment in ayurveda which is can try along with allopathic treatment.

I have pimples on all face it heart's it if touches.....with karat on face. Face is down to black...because of pimples.
