I hv swere pain in left heal. Its unbearable when i try to stand up just after sitting, there is swelling in anckle also.

Hello Doctor, Not sure whether it is due to overweight or something else, I am not able to concentrate on my work and always feels tired. My knee also started paining. I doubt it is because overweight and lack of calcium. Please suggest what should I do to overcome from this? Thanks And Regards, Brijesh

I have to sit continuously for 3 hours in front of computer I am having little bit back pain not severe like.I go to gym also.What should I do for this?please suggest ayurvedic medicine and exercise for it.

I have period problem from 7 years. Usually I dont get my periods properly but when I have it will continue for 20 days with heavy flow.

I have been having back pain for 2 days. The pain is severe. I am not able to study and after 5 days I have exams.. The back pain is concentrated in Upper right part of the back.i have applied moov 2 times in this period day but it's paining. I want to gain weight please suggest me for this. I want gain weight on all over my body because in comparison with my upper body lower is weak

I have a normal body weight according to my height but have issues of pain and cramp during periods. My mom got hempushpa for me but i read somewhere that it makes you gain weight. Is that true because i don't want to gain weight.
