I have less beard and mustache any ayurvedic medicine is there to growing beard and mustache for growing

I was operated for ACL tear 4 years back...recently i met a jump which brought pain to my knee...i can walk but when Iam bending fr washroom it is paining...also when m sitting on knee.. Doctors suggested me surgery..i want ur advice over this case..m sending my MRI and prescription slips of 2 hospitals where i took opinions...

Last two year thyroid coming. now thyroid is TSH 10.57 taking thyronorm 100. a baby child lossed last march 2017. completed 10months. and delivery was normal. last 2 months ago choleithiasis problem is starting like stomach pain. last 2 months ago umbilical hernia problem is starting like all stomach pain. plz give some ayurvedic remedy for this.

I have cronic insomnia (sleep disorder) for more than 1 year.i cant sleep at night and in d day time i feel sleepy.any remedies??

I had this from past 2 years doctors told me that I have dust & cold allergy so I avoided cold things. It was serious first but when I avoided this thing's it get relax sometime it comes so do I have to take some medicine if there any natural precaution that I have to take please let me know
