Kindly let me know if there is any ayurvedic medication available for blood pressure. Because with allopathic my BP is going down and I am not feeling well last 3 day without medicine 105/60,110/70,105/58. Kindly suggest for blood sugar and BP medicine

Currently I use Amla shampoo during bath, apply coconut oil and take Patanjali medicine for hair fall control and also few homeopathic medicine, but it's not working anymore. Is there any way to completely stopped hair fall and recovery of hairs ?
