I was afraid whether the ayurvedic medicine which is giving me good relief from Arthritis pain is really Ayurvedic(Since I get lot of relief which doesn't get by using English medicine also and this tablet works for 24hrs to releive pain also this tablet doesn't have any name it is packed in unlabelled pack)or can it have any serious side effects.

Iam angel from Mumbai actually I have a cyst on my right overy I took an abdomen scan on may 2017 there was 4.3cm cyst after that iam taking ayurveda med for 3 month it will get cure and iam taking neem juice and some drink to along with fenugreek lemon and kalarchikai every day it will cure the cyst completely and I have rehlgular period
