I have cronic insomnia (sleep disorder) for more than 1 year.i cant sleep at night and in d day time i feel sleepy.any remedies??

I was facing a pain only after eating any outside food and bowle moment and motion is good no issue on that I can send the report to u but not able to find the attachment over her apart form this no symptoms

I hv many pimples on my face when i m of 16 and today also they are present on my face. It mainly occurs When i went outside regularly and eats oilly food

Low HB (8.6) , weakness ,low appetite ,body stiffness , leg pain, burning sensasation , stomach become tight sometimes , headache freaquently

I had this from past 2 years doctors told me that I have dust & cold allergy so I avoided cold things. It was serious first but when I avoided this thing's it get relax sometime it comes so do I have to take some medicine if there any natural precaution that I have to take please let me know

I've used many types of medications but there is no relief in pain.I met a doctor who gave same Ayurvedic tablets for pains. When I use those tablets I get good relief from pain for almost 24 hrs. If I stop pain begins.Is that medicine safe or it have any side effects
