I just bought himalaya gokshura and its manufacturing date is feb 2016. Its already been 18 months of manufacture. Can i still use it as it is seal packed or it is expired??

Hi I have a quesstion, and yea I'm 21 & female and I have lost most of my hair and my hair still fallingout.. I'm suffering for the past 5yrs... My scalp(especially on my bald area) is always warm or hot when I touch it and my scalp is quick to sweat also. my baby hair is growing so thin and it fallsout but its been on my mind and really makes me wonder that, is my hair is not growing thick because of the hot/warm scalp?
