I am having problem in my right hand back side joint.I was stepping up bus in pune and i catched the bus handel.driver has suddenly g8ben exilator and i got some sudden push in my back side joint of right hand.Some time its fine sometime if i am getting up grom bed after laying i am feeling too much pain in nerves of back side joint of hand.

Now i am using ayurveda medicine. But they advise me to use non veg foods like meat chicken and oily fud. It is totally opposite of allopathy. So what should i do.
