Fever lasted for how many days and what was the temperature. During fever ama ie a type of dosa which gets vitiated and causes pain in body. Taking pain killers give temporary relief only . So the main treatment is to get rid of this ama.

Hello. Usually in viral fevers condition, some experience pain in joints or other parts of body as well. May be called migratory or shifting pain. You need to drink hot water often.
