Running nose,headache
I had this from past 2 years doctors told me that I have dust & cold allergy so I avoided cold things.
It was serious first but when I avoided this thing's it get relax sometime it comes so do I have to take some medicine if there any natural precaution that I have to take please let me know

I cannot ask you to stop exposing to dust.. because evn if you dont do dusting /if you have a maid n when she is dusting too you will have continuous sneezing , etc so kindly improve your immunity.
