Cough and running nose
I have been having cough and running nose for 7 days and it's still not cured. I have consulted a doctor but it's still not becoming cured. What should I do now? What can I do myself to cure myself except the medicines . I am already taking medicines. Is yoga helpful?suggest any other home remedy which I can do myself.

Hello.. Take 1/2 tsp sunth powder + 1/4 Haldi powder+10-15 Leaves of tulsi +2 pinch dalchini+2Glass of water boil it & Make it 1 Glass Filter it than put honey in it & drink it when its Lukewarm, take this thrice a day.

I advise u to take tulsi drops from the market and take 4 drops in one cup hot water three times daily.this will be helpful in relieving the symptoms of coryza .u can msg me for more details
