My wife has cough since last few days. It gets to cure by turmeric milk and cinnamon while she eats pickle or Chat and it recurs. What could be best treatment?

Initially I suffered from jaundice so I went through homeopathy medications.while I recovered from jaundice  I suffered from bronchiectasis.it has been seven months the day I reported jaundice.at present my bilirubin is normal but my liver is not strong enough to digest all foods.again new disease bronchiectasis has made my life hell.my consulted pulmonologist after doing bronchoscopy and couple of tests  they stated that I don't have tuberculosis but bronchiectasis.so please let me know is it curable in ayurveda?.if now I shift from homeopathy to ayurvedic will it be life threatening?Need suggestion for both the diseases.thanking you.

I have skin itching problem it get normal and again arise from some duration I think it occurs due to lack of immune system so I want to increase my immune system so any tonic for increasing it ?

I'm a sports person... Bt totally confused should I take... Does it increases body fat??? See.... If I increases my weight no problem... Bt not body fat... I want to be in good shape.... Many celebrities have 80/90kg weight.. Bt not body fat.... They good bodybuilding... Weight loss vs fat loss vs testerone level... Should I continue???.. Hi I am suffering from pcod,do not get periods without allopathic medicines.I was on contraceptive pills course for about 7-8 months in 2013 , when discontinued lots of other psychological problems started.Since 2013 i have weird pressure around my head.Feels like heaviness is floating around and inside the head.it's 24*7 .I am taking homeopathy but no results yet,I dnt want to go back to allopathic,because they prescribe antidepressants along with those pills. Is this related to my pcod or head problem is different ? And whatever it is..is there any cure for my problem in ayurveda? Can I get periods normally every month ? Because I never got regular periods and now it's absent. I mean can ayurveda cure absent periods problem ? As well as can ayurveda cure Neuro or psychological problems too ,however I'm not sure if it's psychological or related to pcod .and please tell the cause of my continous head pressure since 2013 June.
