I am feeling burning sensation while passing stool since last 20 days. I felt warts and swilling at the corner of anus which feels half inside and half outside. Earlier I was suffering with constipation. To cure constipation I started Haritiki 2 tabs at bedtime. I am also doing enema with 2 ml of Jatyadi oil 2 ml of air using syringe. I am doing enema 2 to 3 times a day. I want to know that whatever I am usi g is sufficient to kill pikes problem with root or any addition of medication or activity is required. I am not eating oily and spicy food however my water i take is around 2 lit. Plz suggest.

Hi I have been taking Ayurvedic medicine ( since 3 months) for pcos and my periods have slightly regulated but no effect on hairloss. Hlo cn we triphala ghrit into the eyes... Say me detailly how to put how much we should put etc etc etc etc etc.. .. I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm since 2014(redness,dryness,etc etc etc).... Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all...... Now presently I'm taking Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day..... ND my diet.. Mrng ashwangandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day on empty stomach wth warm milk and before bed I'm taking triphala ghrit.... ...bt redness remains same...Irritated with redness.. I'm taking triphala ghrit ...ND wth this cn i put triphala ghrit into eyes.. ???

Hi, I am 28, I am physically very fit and do gym regularly. My height is 5"8 and my weight is 79 kg.. I am a pure vegetarian and take protein rich foods and supplements. I would like to ask 2 questions : Q.1) Is it possible that can I still add a few inches to my height through some Ayurvedic medicines and natural herbs ? Provided I do regular gymming, followed by some stretching exercises? If it's possible Please suggest what should I consume and what should I do? (Ashwagandha, safed Muesli, gokshshura, kapikachu) shall take any/all of these ? If yes then how shall I take them (dosage and frequency )
