I have been diagnosed with PCOD in march 2017 after my 2nd miscarriage. My periods are very irregular. My first miscarriage was in 5weeks 3 days June 2016 and 2nd miscarriage was in 8weeks (had to do d&c) January 2017.

Hello doctor, I'm using aswhagandha tablets for weight gain purpose. But I'm not using tablets with milk, im taking tablets with water only I'm staying in the hostel. Here milk is not available. So if could take tablets with water it will work or not ? Can I take tablets morning after breakfast ?

Hello, I want to know if Apple Cider Vinegar is effective for Lipomas. I have 7-8 lipomas on my body. On thigh, arm, armpit, stomoch, back, chest, etc. Some of them are of 1 cm in diameter and some are smaller. Some of them pain when pressed/got pressured by something. I have heard that Kanchanar Guggulu is effective but I have GERD problem and Guggulu makes it worse. Recently I heard that Apple Cider Vinegar is effective in curing Lipomas. I want to know is there any side effect. Tell me the remedy. I mean how to consume it and what amount of it to be consumed, etc. Thank you.
