I have PCOD since 12 years. Recently my bleeding didn't stop for a month. My ultrasound report stated thickened walls. (I have attached the reports). I specifically wanted to know that how can we naturally cure thickened endometrium? And will the hot water pack work to reduce the swelling of walls or a cold pack?

I have been suffering from Annal Fissures for the last 3 months. I consulted a Gaestroentrologist doctor who advised me to apply sucrolcoat ointment. Now, a muscle like Fissures have developed in my Annus. The doctor advised me to go for a surgery (to stay in hospital for one day). Is this is only way?. I am feeling burning sensation while passing stool since last 20 days. I felt warts and swilling at the corner of anus which feels half inside and half outside. Earlier I was suffering with constipation. To cure constipation I started Haritiki 2 tabs at bedtime. I am also doing enema with 2 ml of Jatyadi oil 2 ml of air using syringe. I am doing enema 2 to 3 times a day. I want to know that whatever I am usi g is sufficient to kill pikes problem with root or any addition of medication or activity is required. I am not eating oily and spicy food however my water i take is around 2 lit. Plz suggest.
