I recently discovered and got diagnosed Vascular malformation in my right foot, small area near lace of foot. As per doctor i got CT Angio and it is clearly visible. Next process is surgery. Is there any non-surgical process available. I want a permanent cure and can resume to work without too much gap.

I have been suffering from Annal Fissures for the last 3 months. I consulted a Gaestroentrologist doctor who advised me to apply sucrolcoat ointment. Now, a muscle like Fissures have developed in my Annus. The doctor advised me to go for a surgery (to stay in hospital for one day). Is this is only way?.
