Weight loss vs fat loss
Hi My weight is 80kg... (too much belly fat) ND I'm taking ashwangandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day on empty stomach wth warm water... For bodybuilding strength and stamina.... I'm a sports person... Bt totally confused should I take... Does it increases body fat??? See.... If I increases my weight no problem... Bt not body fat... I want to be in good shape.... Many celebrities have 80/90kg weight.. Bt not body fat.... They good bodybuilding... Weight loss vs fat loss vs testerone level... Should I continue???.. Plz reply to this topic only don't give another option

You shud stop... Wat ever med u r taking are phytoestrogens... Which definitely hinders body's hormone cycle... Always people need miracle with medicines... But that is not the case. Food is primary... A protein rich food is very very essential. If u r 80kg., I hav to take 80 GM's of protein /day. Mostly indians hav no idea abt protein at all..  weight loss with out fat loss is not permanent... Only when weight loss results from fat loss it is permanent...
