Will ashvagandha helps to reduce weight gain due to hypothyroidism and regulate thyroid hormone??? is there any other ayurvedic medicine helps to cure mild hypothyroidism??

Regarding glutes pain after urinationMale, 26 Hi, I was taking Alfoo from last 7 months due to slow urination, due to tight urethral external sphincters muscle. Now, I stopped taking Alfoo as i had normal uroflow and now again after 5 days flow speed is little less. But after 5 days of stopping Alfoo i am having severe glutes pain after urination or after stool passing and also sometimes upper side back pain or lower back pain after urination. Before I had done cystoscopy, everything was normal. Can anyone suggest what is the cause or why its happening, any permenant cure in ayurveda?
