Periods delayed after 4 months of marriage .Last period was 14 July. How safe is to use ipills or pregnot kit tablets in this case?

I am suffering from allergy due to dust or may be dueto cold wheather. On every 2nd day I start too much sneezing with running nose and teary/rashy eyes. I have to take cetrazine everytime to stop this. Earlier it was not on regular basis but now a days I have to take medicime atleast 3 days in a week. please help me and suggest how to cure it

I'm a 24 year old woman, currently weighing 65kgs and I'm 160cm tall. 7 months ago, I was weighing 60kgs and it shot up to 69kgs within a span of 2 months which I think was because of my over eating. Later, I had a check on my diet and started taking 'Asanadi kashaya' and I lost 2 kgs. I joined gym 2 months ago and I'm able to lose only 2kgs more since then. I've cut down all junk and rice. I'm only on chapati and boiled vegetables. My menstrual cycle length has been varying since January. It varies from 29 to 40 days. I do intense workout at the gym and I sweat a lot. Yet, I'm not able to lose my weight at expected pace. I would usually lose weight quickly whenever I used to do physical exercises. But this time, it's not happening though I have doubled the amount of workout I do.

I want to reduce weight Just suggest me whether ayurvedic treatment will be helpful Further I want to know whether panchakarma treatment helps in reducing weight ? Thanks
