I am facing these problem from a week . Is it acne or anything else and the dark spots what I will do please help

I have small breast size i want to make it look good but i don’t want medicines with side effect or surgeries please don’t prescribe medicine with side effect and provide me best consultancy i am 21 and my size is 28. I am weak health wise my weight is 45kg and height 5.4” so maybe its due to lack of vitamins and all. Thanks
