I have vit D -18 ..which is very low..hpw can i overcome it..???m Plz answer Is there amy ayurvedic herb for boosting vit d level

Sun light is the best one source of vitamin D , Advise you to sit in sun light up 30 minutes daily regularly.

Yes . vit d natural & best source is early morning sun rays . apply little sesame oil over body  & sit in sun light for 10 min . ayurved do have vit d supplements .
