I have indigestion and gas due to nerve weakness and calcium weakness. Doctor suggest ashwagandharista two times and in morning empty stomach hingwastak churn. Plz suggest any ayurved calcium supplement.

Hi doctors, I am having problem of fissure, i don't know i should eat more or less. yesterday due to fast i took makhane only in morning and took 2glass of lichi juice and in evening tooks 2 potato with 2 tomato. Results today stool was too hard to pass i break it with my hand it was full of blood and pain. Can some one guide me about eating routine for this kind of issue. Thanks in advance.
