Hi Sir, Iam suffering with lower back since 2 years.My MRI shows disc protrusion of l5 S1. When i sitting pain start. I consulted Ayurvedic MD Doctor. But he told me panchakarma require and medicine for 6 months treatment require. But i have doubt about medicine and panchakarma how it works. Is it panchakarma require or not . Please tell me sir.

My tsh value remain fluctuating on the higher side. Between 9 and 18 . I have already started thyronorm 12.5 . Can you suggest ayurvedic remedy . My basic prakriti is pitta .
