Why should you drink 2 litres of water in the morning ?? That will definitely affect your appetite. Do not rely on internet info. Please listen only to professionals. Drink1 cup of warm water in the morning and that should be enough

Hello. Drinking 2 litre of water at a time is not recommended. Drink just glass of warm water slowly sip by sip. Try this  if you have same issue then get back to me.
