See bring that target out from ur mind that u have to drink these much water in whole day...and strictly stop drinking water in morning after awaking from ur bed....these is bad habit and it will shows its consequences in ur later age....so stop it nly because it will cause all ur joints problems,digestion problem in ur future....and drink water in sip manner atleast in 3 sip....and drink water directly touching the glass with ur mouth...

Ayurveda allow you water If your thrusty.so don't drink much water than your body requires.It will slow down your digestion process and also may disturb your salt ion balance.
