I'm taking ayurvedic medicines for ocular mysthania gravis ND various eye disorders since many months.. ND since 1week I'm taking chawanprash wth warm milk before bed once a day!! ND i have no problem wth this medicines!! I'm a sports person! My digestive system is strong!! Just I'm thinking to to add one more ayurvedic medicine in my diet I'm thinking to add ashwagandha lehyam for strength and stamina ND for gym!! So can I take ashwangandha lehyam?? Plz reply to this topic only don't give another option

I am having weak urine flow from last one year. Taking Alfoo from 8 months, first Dr told sphincters bladder spasm. Now i checked with other Dr He told there is a bladder neck stenosis, and you have to go for partial bladder neck obstruction surgery. Is there any alternative treatment of bladder Neck stenosis in ayurveda??? Please help also if there in homeopathy

I hv hormonal imbalance and don't get periods on time. Without medicine i can't hv my periods since March 2018. I need Ayurvedic treatment for the same and correct guidelines.
