Can we take aswagandha, silajeet, safed musli, shatavari daily. Also tell quantity and procedure to take and any additional things with these?

I have pain in groin area and right side testical .I went allopathy .I tested it's  shows 4 mm stone in both the kidney .and right side grade 1 varicocele. Varicocele can treat by ayurvedic ? Which kind of ayurvedic doctor should I meet ?.

My age is 18 n weight is 45 n height is 174cm. My bust is not developing at all n its flat so i've started taking shatavari for growth after watching ramdec baba's video on breast enlargement. So i wanna ask that for how much duration it has to be taken n what would be the after results of it. I heard that shatavari powder could be used for lifetime. Pls help. I always suffer from cough,irritation in the throat,pain in the throat and enlarged tonsils whenever i drink something cold.After taking antibiotics they remain normal for some days and again if i drink cold then i get infected with green coughs and pain and irritation Can ayurveda permanently treat my tonsils and make be able to drink cold again?

Dear doctor...Nice day.i am having cervical spondylosis since 4 months. suffering with some pain in neck portion and near chest. feeling uneasy in chest some times. Already practicing yoga and physiotherpy. is there any special attention to be taken for heart? is there any probable complication?. also advice can it be cured permanently in ayurveda? plz advice with foods and lifestyle restriction. External application substance for dark circles n uneven skin tone. Pls suggest something beneficial n useful for the problem that completely cures it. Thanku

I was really fair as a kid but over the yrs my face n neck skin tone has been faded away n now looks really pale as compared to the skin on my arms n chest. It may be bcoz of overexposure to sun or due to swimming. Pls help it really looks very bad n uneven n also dark. Thanku

Hi Can i use kaisora gugugulu and mahamtshjid kwath for psoriasis,is thr side effects..right now am feeding after stopng feeding shall i use that medicine..only 15 to 20 patches are there.

Currently am not having any skin issues. I just want to use natural products for my daily skincare routine in the long run. So can I use lotus herbals or biotique products as they have genuine products and less chemicals.
