Hi, my uric acid level is 7. I am getting gout attacks in my joints, the pain is more on my left big toe and right ankle, other joints like knees, wrists also pains sometimes. It pains in my ankle and above it when i run making it difficult for me to run.. I am a non vegetarian. I drink 3 to 4 liters of water per day. I have planned to stop non veg from now on and to reduce protein intake. And also started with some physiotherapy. Is there any other specific things which I have to consider to lower the levels. Or at Ayurvedic medicines to over come pain and dissolve the crystals that are deposited

I have pain in my right shoulder, it happens only when I throw the ball or play badminton and do the smashing action, similar to throwing the ball. The ortho doctor whom i consulted suggested me to do some physio exercises. And to take and mri of the labrum if the pain is not reducing, is it possible to over come the labrum tear thru physio or naturally or does it need a surgery.

Is himalaya confido effective ? , is it really work?, and its take how many days to start to see the effect?

I am unable to sleep whole night even if i try my best. But during the day time i feel lazy and sleepy. What should I do, please help me..

I have very mild knee pain when I do any activity. Morning when I get up I will be perfectly alright and it slowly develops the pain after starting to exercise and other activities. The pain is not in a particular point, it is just about the front side knee. What could be the reason for this? Is there a permenent solution that will solve this issue permanently? I have taken some alopathy medicines, this gives relief but again if I do activity, the pain returns back

My body type is vata pitta having vitiated vata and pitta.   Are arishtam having self generated alcohol suitable for pitta condition people especially having raktvikar ?

Before two years i have small bumps that are itchy over forehead, cheeks,lips and around lips. Still im consulting with multiple doctor but it goes for a while and comes back again.. Is there a permanent cure?. It has spoiled my clear skin..

Hi, I had problem while urinating, pain when the urine starts to pass. Did urine routine , no infection. Gyn doc says its a cyst or boil insidr just at the urethra opening., hence i get pain when the urine starts to.pass. They say it wont go, but gave antibiotics for 5days. They said its a rare to get cyst or boil in that area, and asked to meet after a week I am scared , and confused. Whether to go for alopathy, ayurveda or other treatment. But my mom says, its heat boil.that formed in there as usual i get during my periods if i eat some heat increasing food that month. Mom says once i get my periods, that boil will go.away. but im scared . Please can anyone let me know if anybody can understand what it is and how to get treated. Thanks.
