Hello!! My age till march would be 18 yrs. I wanna know that can i use shatavari powder of patanjali to increase my breast size. Also i am really thin n wanna gain weight so will it be beneficial and would there be any side effects? Nd if i could use it for breast growth then how should i take it. Pls suggest.

Bruising for unknown reason
I had brushing on lower leg there were two patches of bruising with in four days tey went on their own and again I have red patch on another leg it is painfull when pressed Feb 16 I did my CBC report it was normal should I check once again and I have constant headache

Fertility treatment in Ayurveda
My friend is 37, looking for second child. The AMH is 0.02, with FSH 60.3, LH 36.7 and Estradiol- 67.16. Allopathic doctor said no chances of second child with IUI/ IVF due to fertility issues. Only donor IVF would work. Does ayurveda has scope of treatment here.
