Can I use neem oil mixed with coconut oil for oily dandruff my body nature is vata and pitta can neem oily be used on scalp does it regrow hair I have hair thinning problem I'm very much worried about it

1. Can we put any medicated oil in the water for Jal Neti to increase it's efficacy? 2. Can Neti be done once in the morning and once at night?

Having mild pcod, tsh 2.5, weight 51kg, height 150cm. underwent virechana in month of Feb (12 days) and I am now on ayurvedic medicine from March 1st, I got my periods on 15th March  lasted for 9 days, (6 days normal flow, 3 days of spotting), after a week on 30th March I started midcycle bleeding which has not yet stopped.. Now the bleeding has increased but the flow it is not like usual periods, having mild cramps now and then kindly advise.

I hv been suffering from dry eyes for past 4 months . I hv tried allopathic treatment for my eyes , but success was only 50% . Symptoms include - burning srnsation , foreign body sensation , itching . It is so irritating . Can ayurveda provide a complete solution to this problem . I also have nose allergy prior to this problem . I dont know what has caused my dry eyes and allergy in eyes ? Is it my existing nose allergy or something else ?

My mother is having gallbladder stone for past 6 months . She also has acidity and gas complaints for past 5 years . Now her gall bladder is full of stones . Can ayurveda treat this condition completely without surgical intervention ??

I have problem with Sleep since I have started my shift duty 1992, presently i have been taking Tridon 50mg but yet sleep is not satisfactory. In Ayurveda, is there any medicine which can cure my sleep problem.

Want to improve my skin complexion and brighten. And also want to clear my pimple marks on face. And some tips to keep pimples away. But my pimples have been reduced a lot from before. Now I have it's marks alone.
