I am suffering from negative thyroid. Bcoz of this i m facing so many skin and hair fall problem. Is there any medicine to cure is permanently. I am taking throxine from last 2 year. Is there any side effects of thyroxine. I dont want to take it any more

Hi Doctors, you all need to help me please !!. I never felt hungry in my life, i don't know what have happen to me. I would also like to live a normal life.. I even suggest many doctors but none helped that's why now iam trying natural aayurvedic doctors like you, so please help me?? Dear Doctor, Could you kindly suggest medicines for gastritis. I have been having this problem for the  few months and few times I feel like not eating anything only bcz of it feels like the stomach has become very hard dur to gastritis. Flatulences also. I am a vegetarian, don't eat much spicy food also. I take antacids during such period, but the relief is temporary. Kindly suggest the medicines.

Boogers filled with Blood clots in nose since 2 days due to dryness or dust or something. Slight nose bleeding too!

Can I use biotique products in the long run as they dont contain harsh chemicals. Its morning nectar moisturiser and lotus phyto- rx sunblock spf-70 in daytime and biotique wheatgerm youthful nourishing night cream at night. As I dont have any skin issues presently. I just need a mild and natural skincare which are even easily available  and no medicated ones as I have a combination skin.

Have rashes  on both my left and right index fingers in almost identical place... Dr advised to use hh salic ointment... On stopping the application the rashes reappear... There is lot of itching also in the affected area ..advise if Ayurveda will help
