I want to know with the help of aurvedic dibaties can be cured please suggest, or it can be controlled

I have PCOS since 5 years. I used to be 55 kgs in 2011 became 60 by 2012 and 75 in 2014. My weight lies between 70-75 now and my eating habit has become very poor. I crave for junk everyday and it's impossible to stop my everyday desire for food. I want to work out but somehow I can't. I start exercising and give up in 2 days. Even if I control my diet for a week I eat almost 4 times my diet on the 8th day. I really want to loose weight and I'm ready to dedicate my time to it. Need proper guidance of medicine for PCOS and weight loss.

I have too much weakness in all over body since 3 months that my all body starts paining,shaky and tired even after walking few steps or climbing stairs even once.All blood tests are normal cbc,vitamin b12 and d3,calcium,electrolytes,widal,thyroid,uric acid,ra.. I have taken various allopathy and ayurvedic treatments, but that did not cure. Should I go for naturopathy? is that advisable in this condition?

Can someone please suggest a good blood purifier? Similar to Safi or so?? Which I can continue taking daily for some time?

My baby is 1 year 9 months and she is 9kgs and 78.5 cm height  , she is very lean and  does not take food properly. I increased her play time, started giving her favourite foods.. even then she does not like and eat well.. Thinking of giving bonnisan. As suggested by elders in family.. is it before food or after food.. ? How many times a day.. Or any other ayurvedic remedies to increase apetite..

Hi I'm facing joint pain, joint swelling and stiffness in the morning. Specifically in knees. RA factor - negative Hla b27 - negative Uric Acid - normal Anti CCP - 183( abnormal) C-Reactive Protein - 5.60(slightly above margin)

I have neck pain and headache. And one doctor in our village give me rhema Q. I have taken 1 and half month and today one Ayurvedic doctor told me not to take it. Is it harmful I have taken one and half month.
