I am overweight and suffering from PCOS. Also, my periods are irregular. And have skin related issue too... I, am confused what treatment should I start with; as I had already took treatment for PCOS, but again and again m suffering with same. Can u please suggest m what will be best treatment for me.

Hi my weight is 76kgs and I'm about 5.3 feet I need to reduce weight. Specially around my stomach. I want to know which herb or medicine in ayurveda to use for fat loss around stomach and arms along with diet and exercise. I have a normal south Indian diet, junk(only occasionally).please help. I do brisk walk for 30 mins daily. And yoga too. I have no other health issues thyroid and all good no issues with it. Please help.
