Chest pain and neck pain

Dear doctor...Nice day.i am having cervical spondylosis since 4 months. suffering with some pain in neck portion and near chest. feeling uneasy in chest some times. Already practicing yoga and physiotherpy. is there any special attention to be taken for heart? is there any probable complication?. also advice can it be cured permanently in ayurveda? plz advice with foods and lifestyle restriction. Thanks a lot
