There is a sharp pain in anus while passing stool which calms down after bowel movement since 7-8 days.no bleeding or external lumps.what is that and should I do?

Hi, my uric acid level is 7. I am getting gout attacks in my joints, the pain is more on my left big toe and right ankle, other joints like knees, wrists also pains sometimes. It pains in my ankle and above it when i run making it difficult for me to run.. I am a non vegetarian. I drink 3 to 4 liters of water per day. I have planned to stop non veg from now on and to reduce protein intake. And also started with some physiotherapy. Is there any other specific things which I have to consider to lower the levels. Or at Ayurvedic medicines to over come pain and dissolve the crystals that are deposited

I have pain in my right shoulder, it happens only when I throw the ball or play badminton and do the smashing action, similar to throwing the ball. The ortho doctor whom i consulted suggested me to do some physio exercises. And to take and mri of the labrum if the pain is not reducing, is it possible to over come the labrum tear thru physio or naturally or does it need a surgery.

Is himalaya confido effective ? , is it really work?, and its take how many days to start to see the effect?

I am unable to sleep whole night even if i try my best. But during the day time i feel lazy and sleepy. What should I do, please help me..

I have very mild knee pain when I do any activity. Morning when I get up I will be perfectly alright and it slowly develops the pain after starting to exercise and other activities. The pain is not in a particular point, it is just about the front side knee. What could be the reason for this? Is there a permenent solution that will solve this issue permanently? I have taken some alopathy medicines, this gives relief but again if I do activity, the pain returns back

My body type is vata pitta having vitiated vata and pitta.   Are arishtam having self generated alcohol suitable for pitta condition people especially having raktvikar ?
