I have acidity throughout the day .bloating , stomach noises Weight loss ,indignation I had all the test Blood tests sgpt,shot,creatinine Stool ,urine Ultrasound Mri abdomen Endoscopy From last one year All reports are normal Only mild gastritis What is my problem and what should I do

It may be Mild gastritis but it should not remain consistent. If not addressed by allopathic, pl see Ayurved is the best option. Mild detoxification at home will pave the way for healthy stomach ahead followed by Deepan-shodhan-paachan herbs ( i e flaring of appetizing enzymes and digestive enzymes and doing clear intestines/ excretion).
