My body type is pitta,i have been facing dandruff problem for long time...cracked heel in summer,dry lips and feeling of incomplete evacuation..please help me to sort out my problems 1)should i have plenty of water in day or have limited water..??? 2)what should i eat/drink in order to keep my body temp normal.. 3)bell candy is better or amla candy for my body type..?? 4)i have been having "dhaniya water" for 15 days in morning..should i take it..??

I had diarrhea 5 months back for which I took pan40 & norflox tz then after one month of gas I had constipation, it also became alright. from pan40 & rifaximin. Since 3 months I'm having Loose semisolid stool and acidity whenever I stop pantocid. Now I have stopped completely. I was given these meds 10 days back: 1.Kumariasav (twice after lunch, dinner)with chitrakadi+udramrit 2.Sarvkalp kwath +Mulethi kwath (after waking and before sleeping) 3.jeera+ajwain+saunf water boil (twice) 4.avipattikar churna with kamdudha (before meal) Qn. 1.Can I boil sarvkalp and mulethi together? 2.which meds can I add for better relief?

I was previously diagnosed with PCOD, so I altered my whole lifestyle. I lost weight and eliminated all junks and processed food. I exercise daily and eat healthy. But I am still not regular in my periods. It's been 5months now and I am still not getting it.
