My father is 77 years old. He had lost the control on urine. He lost the sensation when the urine passes .Is there any solution without operation?

Body is getting over heat and rashes and redspots in face and body, prickly heat issues too, urinary infection also, I drink plenty of water but urination is not proper.

I've been on every preventive medication (Verapamil, Topomax), painkillers (Triptans), Oxygen therapy for the last 5 yrs. They all helped. But these headaches have stolen my life from me. I've had every possible side-effect these medications can bring on to a human body. Now, I'd like to know. If there is any treatment available for my condition in Ayurveda (Cluster Headache). With all due respect. Most Doctors and Neurologists don't understand what a Cluster Headache is....?? It's definitely not MIGRAINE.

Please suggest ayurvedic medicine for hypertension . I currently take telma 20 from last 3 years.. ..
