I have pimples on my face since 4 or 5 year and now it is spreading on my chest to so Please suggest me something

My father suffers from COPD.He got hospitallised twice in the past one month.Right now he is on nebulization and inhalers.He is recovering well.He was on Bipap for 2 weeks.Needs to be given oxygen intermittently only at night.Slight swelling on feet.Gets breathless with slightest exertion.please advise.

I have a minor issue which sometimes affect life severely. I get up in the morning due to high urge to release my bowel from high pressure. So the first thing I do after getting up is to go to bathroom/latrine(long wala). So even I sleep at 2 am , my sleep gets disturbed at 6 am as usual time to release my bowel pressure and I cannot sleep after that. I don't eat anything before going to bed at least 2 hours prior. Can anyone suggest any life style change/yoga/Ayurveda cure/food avoidation to overcome that. I have been facing this for years. I hope it is not common.
