I have a minor issue which sometimes affect life severely.
I get up in the morning due to high urge to release my bowel from high pressure. So the first thing I do after getting up is to go to bathroom/latrine(long wala). So even I sleep at 2 am , my sleep gets disturbed at 6 am as usual time to release my bowel pressure and I cannot sleep after that.
I don't eat anything before going to bed at least 2 hours prior.
Can anyone suggest any life style change/yoga/Ayurveda cure/food avoidation to overcome that.
I have been facing this for years.
I hope it is not common.
