I was told to consume 3gms-4 gms Haritak Powder in the night in Luke warm water or normal water after food for spiritual purpose. I started using the same for 3/4 days, and I am experiencing "constipation" instead of relaxed bowl movement. They told Haritaki is laxative in nature, but WHY am I experiencing Constipation & Gas in stomach. And one doctor told me to mix it with Ghee and eat it at bed time after food. Another doctor told me to mix it with Luke warm water and have it before food. Kindly let me know WHAT is the right method of consuming Haritaki Powder. I want to use it as KAYAKALPA.

Thank You Dr.Meghana. I have purchased Haritaki Pure Herb Powder, but this does not say what type of Haritaki is used. It's in a kind of light green color Powder. I have attached the pic for your reference. Is this the right Haritaki to use the same. (Note:Mine is heat based body) Secondly, in Yoga Class, it was told to have GingerHoney in the morning, DryGinger Luke warm water in afternoon and Haritaki in lukewarm water after dinner for 48 days. Sir, on may 15th 2017 absess surgery was done but everthing is healed but very small portion was not healed and pus was recurring. surgen told me that it may 50% of chances of fistula and prescribed mri for evalution> 1.my query is is it fistula 2.if so what is cost for ur ayurveda treatment? 3.during treatment is any pain? 4.hw many time visit
