Please help me with the remedies to shrink subserosol fibroids. I have no disturbance in menses but my stomach is bulged due the Yeh size of fibroids. Attached is my report for your reference.

Please help, how effective is wheatgrass juice/barley juice in shrinking fibroids. My reports suggests, large predominantly hypoechic lesions is seen abducting the posterior wall of uterus and compressing it. Lesion is filling and extending upto the level of umbilicus. Leasing measures 13*13*12cm (cc*tt*ap). Endometrial thickness 10mm. Probably a large fibroid. Please suggest remedies to shrink fibroids naturally. I don't want to undergo surgery. Please help!
